How we work with sources

Context, sources and limitations.

Sources before shortcuts

We use e-Sbírka, EUR-Lex, FAÚ and other competent authorities. Articles identify sources, provisions, legal-position dates and editorial checks. Current law is separated from future rules and proposals.

How an article is prepared

  1. Research of primary sources and effective dates.
  2. Check conditions, exceptions and individual claims.
  3. Practical example, contrasting scenario and documentary evidence.
  4. Review the English version, related content and links.

The author is Redakce eAML.cz. Preparation uses AI and editorial checks; this is not independent legal certification or individual legal advice.

Corrections and updates

  1. For a changed source, verify publication, effective dates and transitional provisions; proposals are not treated as adopted rules.
  2. Use cited provisions to locate affected articles, profession workflows, forms and templates. Review the English version too.
  3. Update the text and related tools, verify links and exports, and record the date and description of material changes in the changes overview.

If you find an error, send the page link and a description to info@eaml.cz. A source change requires reviewing related articles, rules and templates. We do not claim continuous human supervision that has not been arranged.
