Local tools
Validators, the guide and AML form process inputs in your browser without sending entered personal data to the server. An explicit button manually saves a draft to localStorage in this browser profile. The draft is not encrypted and is removed on a visit more than 30 days after saving; use Delete data and draft to remove it sooner. Do not save on shared devices. PDF, Word and JSON exports are generated locally; users manage their security, transfer and deletion. A local draft is not a statutory archive.
ARES and sanctions searches
ARES sends the entered registration number to our server and then ARES. A sanctions query is sent to our server and compared with local copies of official lists. The application does not save the searched name in its database or application logs. Displaying a result does not confirm identity.
Purposes and roles
DORNIS acts as controller for the public information portal and its security. Operational data is used only for service delivery and security; scope, legitimate interest, actual suppliers and retention periods must match deployment. An obliged entity remains responsible for its own legal basis and necessity of submitted information. A real-client pilot is not publicly available.
Analytics and storage
With consent, we measure public page visits using our self-hosted Umami instance at umami.nete.cz. We do not use advertising cookies, session recordings or individual user identification. Analytics receives no form contents, searched names, URL parameters, fragments or referrer URLs. Umami processes technical request information for visitor statistics; transmission is not the same as anonymity. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Optional analytics is based on consent. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer; declining does not restrict any feature. Only this preference is stored in your browser, for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future collection without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal basis and conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object. Contact info@eaml.cz. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
