Find the client business
How it works
- Enter the business name or ID and pick it from the results.
- Check the status and red flags: dissolution, liquidation, insolvency and VAT unreliability.
- Check who acts for the business and the registered owners – where an owner is a company, follow the structure.
- Screen the business and every person against sanctions lists in one click and open the prefilled AML form.
What it covers
- Search by name or ID (rejstr.cz, ARES)
- Statutory body and rules of representation from the public register
- Registered shareholders and sole shareholder with share and country
- Insolvency register (ISIR) and VAT payer register (ADIS)
- Liquidation, newly founded business and frequent director changes
What it does not cover
- The beneficial owner – the register is not freely public; request an extract
- Verification of the acting person’s identity
- Businesses registered outside Czechia
Common questions
How do I find out who owns a business?
The tool shows shareholders and a sole shareholder registered in the public register, with their share. A shareholder is not automatically the beneficial owner – check the beneficial ownership register and ask the client to document the structure.
Does it show whether a business is insolvent?
Yes. For the selected business we query the insolvency register for current proceedings and show the case number, court and a link.
Why not just use rejstr.cz or ARES?
The data comes from there, but here you see it from an AML angle: red flags, acting persons, owners and the follow-up sanctions check, countries and form. The full company detail opens on rejstr.cz in one click.
What is sent to the server?
Only the name or ID you enter. The server queries public registers and returns the result; nothing is stored about you.
